The origin
We started from a question: what makes someone truly fit?
Not lean. Not strong. Not flexible. Truly fit — able to perform any physical challenge with control, endurance, and precision. The answer wasn't Pilates alone. It wasn't HYROX alone. It was both.
Swan Club was founded in Amsterdam with a single conviction: the best athletes move beautifully under pressure. Pilates builds the foundation for how the body should move. HYROX tests whether it can sustain it. Our Hybrid method is what happens when the two become one.
What we are not
- We are not a commercial gym with Pilates as an afterthought
- We are not an Instagram studio that prioritises aesthetics over output
